All fireworks conform to the CE Standard EN15947 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions supplied. Category 2 Fireworks are labelled for a minimum spectator safety distance of 8 metres,15 metres or 20 metres, and category 3 fireworks for a minimum spectator safety distance of 25 metres. Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over.

Product Information

No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.

Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.

it’s against the law for anyone to set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am, except on certain occasions.11pm is the curfew for most nights but there are extensions for November 5th (midnight), Diwali, Chinese New Year and New Year’s Eve (1am).

You can be fined an unlimited amount and imprisoned for up to 6 months for selling or using fireworks illegally. You could also get an on-the-spot fine of £90.

Prices are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change without prior notification.

All firing times on our products are approximate and for use as a guide only.

Orders do not include portfires, safety goggles or ear plugs. However, we strongly recommend purchasing these items in addition to your fireworks, for your own safety and convenience.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you, the

When the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, Fantastic Fireworks North will accept cancellation of an order provided that the consumer confirms in writing to the address of Fantastic Fireworks North Via Email or Post within seven days of receipt of the goods.

All intended goods to be cancelled must be returned in an unused state and in the original packaging

Fantastic Fireworks North reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event any of our products being damaged please take photographs, and please notify us immediately on 01565 830 800 or via email at shop@fantasticfireworksnorth.co.uk so we can arrange for the replacement of the damaged goods or a refund.

Discount Codes / Vouchers

discount codes / vouchers available to customers using the Fantastic Firework website, instore and by phone when quoting the valid coupon code. The discount code will be added to your order. Any special offer fireworks will be excluded from the discount.
